Journal with me: MARCH 2023
MARCH IS FOR MINI MAGIC MOMENTS

February was a short and sweet month but a full month of creativity and the beginnings of NEW things. I guess the vibes carried over from January. I have your usual mood board, journal prompts, bujo set up for March along with more journal ideas for your KIDS!
If you're not a parent, hold the eye rolls and refrain from scrolling past...This could be used for you (and a way to heal your inner child) You're welcome.
Whether or not you're a MAGIC MAMA or ZADDY, I got some more journaling ideas for you. MINDFUL MINI (IG: @mindfulmini_) has been a long time coming and a bucket list project idea that I wanted to do since becoming a mom. It's not JUST journaling prompts, scrapbooking milestones, and taking monthly photos. It's documenting the smaller moments in-between that usually get lost and overshadowed by the big birthday parties and holidays. Now that Isla is 2 growing on with an attitude of a teen, I found myself forgetting her little quirks she once had as a young pre-toddler. It's true what they do say, the days are long but the years are short.
I felt this deep down and decided to do a mini bullet journal for her as well. I hope this will be a space for her to doodle, get creative, and put those every growing BIG feelings down to paper. While I do my best to stay present for it ALL. I hope this could be something we can do together, separately (yet also together). Do you see THE moment?
Her bullet journal is something different than I EVER done before. It's less about the plans and more documenting and creativity. Here's the simple line up:
Cover page with her name and volume book
Cute drawing and quote page
Page ideas for quick reference
Right now or currently page of favorites and dislikes:
Songs
Movies/shows
Places
Things to do
Things to say
Foods
Hates & Loves
Growth chart
If you have children or not, these journal pages could be used in your journal as well. I can assure you that we all have that inner child who asked ourselves quirky questions, needed an emergency coping/calming down kit, probably needed to understand body self love gratitude, and have big dreams to pursue. These would be amazing tools to have in between your goals and to do lists for the month.
Some of these pages are:
ABC's about you
What are your biggest dreams
What fills your heart
Doodle challenge: draw something random and fun each day
Build yourself a Calm Down Kit
Write a letter to your younger self
NAME ONE THING THAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR MENTAL WELLNESS
If you're here for the new journal prompts and mood board (and you made this far), I can't be mad at it because you're always welcomed. I had fun creating these journal prompts for March. They're inspired by growth and nature, you'll see what I mean:

MOOD: LET'S GROW GIRLS
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw that my mood boards have been more than just aesthetics this year. This month is no different but I decided to switch up the layout. Rather than just making it literally half and half, I went diagonal with the mood board and will fill in the rest later. I'm still using the other half of the mood board for mantras but I'm also adding a tracker. I know, I'm getting fancy. I hope these things will keep me inspired for March.
XO,
Jenna
