When will my order ship?
We are currently taking 3-7 business days to process online orders. After that, it’s in the hands of the postal system! All orders (with the exception of stickers-only order) come with tracking and you will receive the tracking number in an email as soon as we create the shipping label. Domestic orders (US) estimate to arrive 1-2 weeks and International orders may take up to 1-2 months from the moment they are processed with USPS.
For sticker-ONLY orders:
Please note that orders with only stickers do not include tracking as these items ship as regular postage mail. Envelopes usually arrive within 7- 10 business days.
Am I able to cancel my order?
We are able to cancel orders or offer refunds as long as the order has not already been shipped out. (You always receive an email once we print out a shipping label which confirms your purchased items and the address we will be shipping to.) For any concerns please contact us immediately.
What if my package lost or stolen upon delivery?
All orders (with the exception of sticker-only orders) come with tracking information. Bujo Bae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once items are delivered. If your tracking information confirms your order was delivered and you cannot locate your package, you will need to contact USPS directly.
FOR MISSING MAIL: If your package is missing, but tracking shows it was successfully delivered, you will need to fill out a Missing Mail Form with USPS (click here).
What if there are problems with my order?
Your total satisfaction is our top priority. Please send us an email with your order number and a description of the issue to contact@bujobae.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can! We will do our best to make sure you are happy with your shopping experience and can offer refunds or replacements for delivery of damaged goods when appropriate.
